Song of Praise

We have some news to share!  God has performed a Miracle!

Our adoption for Kinsman and Miralette 

is moving forward!

We had been given news that seemed impossible.
But, through it all we believed the promise that God gave us.
That HE had give us these children for a reason.
This does not mean that we walked like nothing was happening.
Our flesh was definitely aching, but we trusted God.

When we got the phone call I fell to my knees, 
face down on the floor, weeping tears of Joy.
The girl from our agency was just as excited.  
She called us as soon as she go the news 
even though she was on vacation with her family.

Shortly after I hung up with her, 
I got a phone call all the way from Africa!  
It was another girl in our agency.  
She just kept saying... 
This does not normally happen.  
When cases go bad they don't normally end up good.  
I am so glad you guys did not give up.

Though all of this we see how God has been working.

He has been taking care of Kinsman and Miralette and 
is making the way for them to come home to our family.

He gave us the strength to be obedient 

and he has carried us through the past 7 months.

He has increased our faith in Him.

Some special friend of ours 

sent us this note and tambourine this week. 

They reminded us that even in the hurry to get out of Egypt, 

the Israelite women remembered to pack their tambourines 

because they knew that God had delivered them 

and that they would be praising Him.(Exodus 15:20)

 We are shaking our tambourine and praising God!

He is working to deliver Kinsman and Miralette.

We are also praising God
for the way he has been working 
in our lives throughout the past 7 months.

He has been building a new passion within us.

He has opened our eyes. 

He has given us a heart for those who are 

spiritual, physically, and materially poor.

We are thanking him for revealing this to us even in the storm.

We believe everything that He say He is!
We believe and We have seen His unchanging heart.
In the good things and in the hardest part
We believe and We will follow Him!
